How Does Flexipert Work?
Flexipert provides remote workforce solutions to clients across multiple countries. Our talent solutions specialists take the time to get to know your unique staffing needs. Whether you need one person or want to staff a whole project, we can help you get highly skilled remote professionals. 

Your team will interview our pre-assessed set of consultants and select the ones who meet your business requirements the best. 

Our services go beyond just hiring & onboarding. While you work with the talent for business deliveries, we take care of processes like contract management, compliance, timesheets, and payments.
How do the commercials work?
For ease of engagement and transparency, Flexipert commercials work on the principle of Pay-When-You-Use.

At the start of the assignment, you pay one-time recruitment & on boarding fee. Then on a monthly basis, you pay for the consultant cost and a small platform fee. Other support services work on pay- per-use basis.
What kind of skills do you specialize in?

Flexipert primarily works on remote-friendly skills. This includes things like technology, finance and accounting, administration, customer support, marketing, creative and legal.

What kind of Talent Quality should one expect?

You will get the same or similar quality of consultants who work with Fortune 500 companies. These employers include Big-4, Investment Banking Firms, Global Technology Captive Centres, and Multinational IT Services companies. 

Which are your supply markets?

In the current context, our remote workforce supply market is from India only. This is more to do with Flexipert lineage. We have more than 12 years of experience working and serving customers in the India market. We do not carry the same level of competence & confidence to source and supply high-quality consultants from other markets. 


Scale, breadth, and depth of Indian talent markets give us enough confidence that we can serve most of the talent requirements with speed and attractive price points.

Finding and Managing Talent

How quickly can you staff an open position?

The time to on-board depends on the engagement model. For a full-time consultant, it takes 1-2 weeks for the final selection and another 4-6 weeks for the on-boarding. For a part-time consultant or deliverable based engagement, it takes 1-2 weeks for the final selection and another week for the on-boarding.

Are English skills ever an issue when working with a Flexipert consultant?
Each and every Flexipert consultant writes and speaks fluent English. They have prior experience of working in global teams. Our talent database is pre-vetted for high level of proficiency in English and have personalities well-suited to working remotely.
Do you cater to demands asking for Non-English communication requirement?
While we do cater to demands asking for Non-English language skills like French, German, Japanese etc. but they are more difficult to find. Clients should be patient with time and ready to wait.
I need to staff multiple open positions. Can you help?
Absolutely. Depending on your business needs, we can provide you with part-time capacity as small as a few hours in a day or a full-time consulting team of highly skilled professionals. Our talent can work remotely for a day, a week or as long as you need.
How does your screening process ensure quality candidates that meet our requirements?
We screen for communication skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and a high level of professionalism. Flexipert’s stringent screening process is the most important reason we are able to maintain a network of reliable, highest calibre talent.
What kind of benefits are full-time Flexipert consultants entitled to?
Flexipert ensures 100% statutory & tax compliance. We ensure that wages & benefits offered are as per regulatory guidelines. Any full-time consultant working via our platform is entitled to prescribed leaves, health & accidental insurance, and retiral benefits.
Can one hire a full-time consultant from Flexipert and bring him/her into our company?
After the completion of six months, clients can take the consultant on their payroll by paying a transfer fee. We do not encourage situations where clients decide to transfer our consultant to a third-party payroll.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with a candidate?
While we take utmost care in choosing the right fit candidate for each of your requirements; in the remote chance that you are dissatisfied, we promise you a “no questions asked - replacement guarantee” for the next candidate.

You are expected to give one month’s notice to a full-time consultant and a short 5-day notice to a part-time consultant.

Infrastructure & Logistics

Can Flexipert arrange for laptops to match our company’s specifications?
Remote consultants typically bring in their own laptops. However, in case client expects laptop of higher specification we can help provide the same at a nominal monthly charge.
What If we want to buy hardware or software licenses for our remote workforce?
Flexipert can buy laptops, servers, furniture, and software licenses on your behalf and can ship to the consultant.
We would like the consultant to work from a dedicated office set-up. What are our options?

Consultants typically work from home offices. In case of any business/strategic reason, consultant is expected to work from Flexipert office; the same can be arranged for a monthly fixed fee.

In case our office premises are not suitable due to travel distance or for any other reason, we have an alliance with reputed business centres and co-working places. These services are provided on a pass-through cost basis.

What are the other logistics support we can expect from Flexipert?
Flexipert can manage most of your remote logistics like travel bookings, visa processing, courier services etc. These services are provided on a pass-through cost basis.

Intellectual Property & Information Security

Who owns the legal rights to the work created by a Flexipert consultant?
The client. Flexipert’s only business is connecting top-tier consultants to the clients who want to work with them. Our contracts provide that all work created by a Flexipert consultant is the property of the client.
Can a candidate access my company’s virtual network?
Yes, candidates can access your virtual network securely.

Pricing & Payments

Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs?
No – there are no upfront costs. After we on-board the consultant for the first position, we will raise an invoice to be processed after 2 weeks.
How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?
We typically invoice our clients once every two weeks. Our payment terms are of 15 days.
Is there any additional cost for pass-through expenses?
Any pass-through expense which includes reimbursement, bonuses, procurement, travel expense etc. that is paid on client’s behalf will carry an admin fee of 4%.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards and bank wires. For the consultant fee and pass-through cost, client is expected to absorb transaction cost and forex charges. For the bank-transfer, this cost is in the range of 1.5% – 3% and depends on the client currency.
