How it all started: Once upon a time, when the world was run according to the old paradigm of working, a few passionate tech heads having run a human staffing company for more than a decade — vowed to solve the critical challenges of the talent supply chain — with a lightbulb idea and a solid purpose.

The problem

The traditional workforce composition is like an elephant’s tusks. Functional but not flexible. The brains behind Flexipert recognised the massive problem areas — 45% of hires had to be replaced within 3 months and yet multinational giants around the globe were missing out on a big talent pool because of location constraints. Moreover, recruiting managers would spend a sea of time filling urgent positions.

The solution

The world needed a new paradigm of work. With a pure passion to accelerate this shift, Flexipert was born — fueled by a decade old experience and data driven insights.
